Territory Sales Manager
Current availability in the Gulf Coast region for a sales person who has achieved individual success and desires to take the next career step and manage a region.This position will report to the Vice President of Sales and will:
- Generate revenue from major Oil and Gas companies in the Gulf Coast area.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Be responsible for the performance and development of the Gulf Coast Team.
- Develop action plans to penetrate new and existing customers.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Assist Gulf Coast Sales Resources in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Insure that all Gulf Coast Team Members meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
- Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate ability communicate with all RTP and client personnel.
